Rochester Sports Garden The first thing you have to do is fill out the registration form and get it to us with a $75.00 nonrefundable deposit. Teams must have a roster generated from RosterPro, which is on the NYSWYSA web site. Next you need to collect Proof of age (Poa) for each player. Poa can be an old players’ pass, or birth certificate WITH a small photo, or passport. We will photo copy these materials and give them back to you. A Waiver of liability for a minor must be filled out by each players’ parent and handed in. The form is available at R.S.G. or on our web site under forms. You may call one week before the start of the league for your first game time. Enough copies of the complete schedule will be handed out at the first game for all players and coaches. All materials must be handed in before the first game. The balance of the league fee must be paid by the second game. There may be roster changes up to the 5th week of the league, but all of the above materials must be handed in before that player may be added and play. Pay the ref before each game. Play and have fun. If a player gets a red card it is up to the coach or player to get in touch with us before the next game. Failure to do so will result in additional suspended games.

Spotspark ® of New York Summer Leagues for men's, women's and coed recreational adult teams. Age catagories are 18 - 24, 25 - 35 and 36 - 48 years of age, under and over six foot (6') tall. Exact skill levels will be determined, but this is recreational only. These weeknight Leagues run June thru September. Team deposits are required by May 10th.
